At GROW, we value your privacy. When you register for a workshop, purchase a Folder Filler, or sign up for GROW Explorers, we collect basic information such as your name, email address, and payment details. This information is used solely to process your order, communicate with you, and deliver services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process payments securely. Your data is stored safely, and you may contact us anytime to request updates or removal of your information

Terms & Conditions

By using our website and purchasing from GROW, you agree to the following terms:

  • All payments are accepted by e-transfer, cheque, or cash unless otherwise stated.

  • Digital products (Folder Fillers, online workshop kits) are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded.

  • In-person workshops and Explorers programs may have their own cancellation/refund policy (see below).

  • All content, materials, and digital products remain the intellectual property of GROW and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

  • GROW is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from use of our website or services.

Digital Product Policy

When you purchase a Folder Filler or online workshop kit, you are purchasing a single-user license. These materials are for the use of your centre or team only and may not be shared with other centres, posted publicly, resold, or redistributed in any format. Unauthorized sharing or distribution is strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered.

Refunds & Cancellations Policy

  • Workshops (In-Person): Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.

  • GROW Explorers: Class fees are refundable up to 14 days before the program start date. After this time, fees are non-refundable, though credits may be considered in special circumstances.

  • Digital Products (Folder Fillers, Online Kits): All sales are final and non-refundable once delivered.

Cookie Policy

  • Our website may use cookies to improve user experience, track analytics, and help us understand how visitors engage with our site. Cookies are small files stored on your device that allow us to recognize repeat visitors and tailor content.
